Employee Review of Exali:

When you’re applying for jobs, a lot of stuff is usually sugar-coated. That’s why I used my probation period to really make sure exali was a good fit for me. After half a year, I can say that I wasn’t promised anything that wasn’t delivered on. As a Content Manager, I have had the opportunity to get actively involved right from the start. Nobody here says, “We do it that way because that’s how we’ve always done it”. Instead, good suggestions and ideas are taken on board and employees are encouraged to help shape the company.

In my opinion, what makes it work so well is that we are always honest with each other. The same goes for the management. What direction the company will take, what goals you should be achieving and how we can help each other out along the way: all of this is communicated openly, so you always know where you stand.

I look forward going to work every day because I get exciting tasks and have a productive working relationship with some really lovely people. There was only one choice for me once my probation was over: I’m staying!
